CANCELATION POLICIES AND FEES
Starting March 1, 2024, we will be implementing a 48- hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is 100% of the funds charged for the appointment. It is necessary to implement this fee to compensate for the time, effort, and resources that have been allocated for your appointment.
We kindly request that all customers make changes to their appointment through the Sqaure Go app or through their confirmation text with at least 48 hours’ notice in order to avoid incurring this fee.

LATE POLICY
A late arrival may require rescheduling your appointment to keep our other client appointments on schedule.
Showing up late to your appointment means we may not have the time to complete your service. You will still be charged for the total amount whether the service is completed or not.

CHECK-IN
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of your service may be adjusted not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

WAXED BY BROOKLYNN is a professional salon that strives to provide all our clients with the finest possible salon experience. We respectfully request no babies or children under 14. Our boutique salon setting is intended to be a luxurious retreat from everyday life, giving every salon client a wonderful and relaxing salon experience. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

TIPPING AND GRATUITIES
Tipping is always at the discretion of the client. If you want to leave a gratuity for your service provider, you are welcome to add that to your client ticket at check-out.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. WAXED BY BROOKLYNN is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

WAXING POLICY
WAXED BY BROOKLYNN is not responsible for sensitive skin or the tearing of the skin due to excessive waxing or the use of Retin-A or similar products. All waxing services have a 3-day guarantee. If you find missed hair, please give us a call.
